Online Panel Interview with Manipal and Jana Bank stakeholders.
The selected candidates will be issued an admission letter and will pay an advance fee of Rs 19,999 and report to the Manipal Academy of BFSI campus in Bengaluru to complete their admission formalities. (The advance fee will be adjusted in the total program fees). On completion of the admission formalities, the selected candidates shall be enrolled in the program and the 30-Days campus training will begin.
After completing the 30-day campus training at Manipal Academy of BFSI, the candidate will join Jana Small Finance Bank to start their internship and complete their on-the-job-training. At this time the candidate will start receiving internship stipend and then subsequently salary.
EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS
Jana SFB will reimburse 100% of the program training fees when the candidate completes two years with the organisation.
Top performers in the program and on the job can be promoted within 18 Months.
The top 20% performers will get an International Trip as a Sales Incentives.
The 10% performers on the job will be groomed for leadership and will join the CEO and MD club.

REFUND STRUCTURE Jana Small Finance Bank has promised a 100% program fee refund within two years from the start of the program, if the candidate is still employed at the Bank. They are also giving performance based refund at different stages of employment.

It is a 3-month program comprising one month of on-campus training and two months internship. Post the successful completion of the program (three-month period consisting of one month on-campus, two months internship), the candidate will join Jana Small Finance Bank as an Assistant Manager
a. Graduates (10+2+3 pattern or 10+2+4 pattern) from any stream with 50% in 10th, 12th, Graduation.
b. Candidates whose age is less than 30 Years

b. This must be paid in two instalments. Advance fee of Rs 19,999, when the admission letter has been issued and the rest at the time of admission.

Yes, you will be awarded with a certification from Manipal Academy of BFSI post *successful completion of this program.
*”Successful “ means that candidate has to clear all the exams/stage/certification by scoring the minimum marks at least, without which, the candidate will not proceed to next stage or join/become a confirmed employee at Jana Bank.
The final Job offer stands null and void if you do not complete the program. The course fee is non-refundable.
Please note that the course fee is paid towards the program conducted by Manipal Academy of BFSI, not to Jana Bank for getting a guaranteed job. Also, note that no refund of the course fees will not be permissible under any circumstances if the candidate decides to leave after enrolment/during any stage of the program/post joining Jana Bank, as notified by MABFSI.
Yes, you will receive Rs 10,000/- for the one-month campus engagement period at Bengaluru. Then you will join Jana Bank and your two-month internship will begin. Internship Stipend will be Rs 20,000/Month. Beyond that your salary will start.
Post successful completion of the program your pay-grade will be of Assistant Manager. Your customer facing role will be Personal Banker
The annual CTC is Rs 4 lakhs. This includes an assumed annual performance-based bonus (Target variable pay) and includes eligibility-based loan benefits, insurance benefits and retirals like PF & Gratuity.
a. Posting allocation during Internship and OJT (final posting) would solely depend upon business requirements of the Bank and vacancies available at that time
